
Nicole Santoro is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex disputes in federal and state courts. Her practice spans a range of contract, employment, trade secret, and shareholder matters.
Nicole has substantial experience litigating securities class actions. She was a member of the small team that achieved a $450 million settlement for a class of investors in In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation. Other notable matters include Camelot Event Driven Fund v. Morgan Stanley, a Securities Act suit in connection with the March 2021 public offering of Viacom stock and the implosion of family fund Archegos Capital Management, as well as In re Silvergate Capital Corporation Securities Litigation.
Prior to joining Slarskey LLC, Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrew P. Gordon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She was also an associate at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP. Before attending law school, Nicole worked as a fraud investigator in the Office of the Nevada Attorney General.
