The firm’s partners have particular experience in deal-making, servicing, and dispute resolution related to litigation funding, having worked in this sector since the industry’s origins.

Representative matters include actions to compel or enjoin transactions, fee disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, and land conservation and preservation agreements. Our practice combines a deep knowledge of the New York Real Property Law and real estate common law with a sensible commercial approach to real estate matters.
