We represent buyers, sellers, investors, sponsors, landlords, tenants, and municipalities in high value disputes concerning the purchase, development or joint venturing, and sale of real estate. Representative matters include actions to compel or enjoin transactions, fee disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, and land conservation and preservation agreements. Our practice combines a deep knowledge of the New York Real Property Law and real estate common law with a sensible commercial approach to real estate matters. The firm has litigated before the Appellate Division a number of precedent-setting disputes concerning core real estate issues.
ROYALTY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS
We represent rights holders in high-value royalty and commission disputes, as well as copyright, trademark, and unfair competition claims.
