Nicole Santoro is a commercial litigator who has substantial experience litigating securities class actions. She was a member of the team that achieved a $450 million settlement for a class of investors in In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation.
Before joining Slarskey LLC, Nicole was a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew P. Gordon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She has also worked in private practice as an associate at a prominent securities litigation law firm. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a compliance investigator in the fraud unit of the Office of the Nevada Attorney General. Nicole is a graduate of Stanford Law School, where she served as president of the Criminal Law Society and graduated with pro bono distinction.
