Keith Dore has a broad-based litigation practice, counseling clients in contract disputes, securities, fiduciary duty, and other general commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. He began his legal career as a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he represented a broad range of clients including banks, investment firms, technology companies, media companies, and pharmaceutical companies in civil litigation matters and in white collar and antitrust investigations before federal and state regulators.

Mr. Dore has assisted with pro bono criminal matters and is the co-author of an article on antitrust merger challenges that ran in the Daily Journal. He graduated cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a Senior Articles Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business.
