Elena Roberts consults and advises clients on a variety of issues in the areas of civil litigation, corporate governance, appellate law, and administrative law. She also regularly advises attorneys on matters relating to legal ethics and professional responsibility.
Prior to joining Slarskey LLC, Ms. Roberts practiced at Nevada law firm Bailey Kennedy, and later as a solo practitioner. She is a graduate of University of Nevada’s William S. Boyd School of Law, where she served as Staff Editor and later Lead Articles Editor of the Nevada Law Journal. Ms. Roberts is admitted in Nevada, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Roberts served as an Airborne Crytologic Linguist and a Special Agent for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
