In 2014, David Slarskey formed Slarskey LLC to provide clients with an alternative to hiring "Big Law" litigation departments: a sharp, talented team of litigators that treats every case like its own, advocating authentically and creatively to achieve results for their clients.

Mr. Slarskey has nearly twenty years of experience maneuvering around boardrooms, courtrooms, and arbitration halls, representing a wide variety of clients including entrepreneurs, real estate developers, international conglomerates, activist and operating shareholders, pharmaceutical companies, law firms, and media companies. He prides himself on his sophisticated ability to delve deeply into his clients' circumstances, and develop their narratives using the tools that the law provides.

Prior to forming Slarskey LLC, Mr. Slarskey was a counsel in the litigation department of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, and served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York to the Honorable I. Leo Glasser. He served as Secretary of the New York State Bar Association's "Task Force on the Future of the Legal Profession," and is a two-time awardee of The Legal Aid Society of New York for pro bono efforts. Mr. Slarskey has served on the board of PennPAC, a not-for-profit organization of University of Pennsylvania alumni, which provides volunteer consulting services to New York-based not-for-profit organizations. He has also served on a number of bar committees of the New York City Bar Association, including the Judiciary Committee, the Litigation Committee, and the Professional Responsibility Committee, and is a member of the New York American Inn of Court.

Mr. Slarskey has been recognized with a host of industry awards, including as a National Law Journal "Trailblazer" in litigation, a “Super Lawyer” in the New York Metro Area, and a member of the Lawdragon “500 Leading Litigators in America.” He has provided legal commentary for the Washington Post and the New York Times, and is a regular guest on "Areva Martin in Real Time," a talk radio show on KBLA 1580.

There is no feeling quite like standing up in court and achieving results for a client who needs justice. I am fortunate and proud to have developed a practice that allows me to work with terrific clients, and with a team of enormously talented lawyers.
