David Slarskey Receives 2026 TAA President’s Award

Slarskey LLC is proud to announce that Textbook & Academic Authors Association (TAA) Board President Dione Taylor has honored David Slarskey with the 2026 TAA President's Award for his work on behalf of textbook and academic authors in the Bartz v. Anthropic copyright infringement case — one of the first major copyright actions brought on behalf of academic authors against an AI company.

Slarskey LLC assisted TAA in intraclass mediation related to the Bartz v. Anthropic class action settlement and guided the organization through the claims administration process to assist its members.
